Hydration!
This has been one of my favorite finds!
Better than water, better than any sports drink for electrolytes.
It's healthy.
Low calorie.
Non-fat.
I drink the individual Pineapple flavored with lunch everyday.
And I have the natural with a splash of Diet Cran-Pomegrante with dinner.
I hav found it at most grocery store chains and even places like Smoothie King in Richmond are carrying it.
Give it try, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Not Meat? Not Soy? Hmmm...
Quorn...
Yep, Quorn.
Website - http://www.quorn.us
I found this product merely by accident. I was looking for Soy crumbles and THOUGHT this was a bag of them...
I picked up the bag, read it and really had no expectation other than it just replacing red meat in a pasta dish I was making.
Then, I tried it! (insert shocked face here)
This stuff was amazing! I never would have know it wasn't ground beef.
And it's so healthy!
